 VIEWING TRIPS
Real Estate in Turkey can arrange suitable accommodation on a BB basis in one of the 2 or 3 star category hotels. After checking through the list of hotels available please advise us of your preference and we will endeavour to secure a reservation in that hotel, subject to availability. We can also assist with transfer from our regional airports.
IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY DURING YOUR VIEWING TRIP
Real Estate in Turkey will assist with the cost of your viewing trip in the event of a purchase.
* Maximum of 7 nights Hotel accommodation - 10 GBP / 15 EUROS per person per night (maximum of 2 persons).
* Departure transfer to Local Airport
* Assistance with flight tickets - 100 GBP / 150 EUROS per person. (maximum of 2 persons)
Please note: Hotel and transfer incentives are offered in all areas with exception to Kalkan
* Terms and conditions apply.
* Incentives are normally reimbursed before the client departs Turkey and after the contract has been signed.
* Typically this is based on two people buying one property.
* These incentives apply to the actual purchaser(s) and not to members of their party. Any other related costs for additional family members or friends will have to be met by themselves with the exception of airport transfer. (maximum 4 people in a car)
* Please note there may be an expenses-related charge towards petrol for those clients wishing to view properties in other resorts not specified at the time of enquiry.

IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY DURING YOUR VIEWING TRIP
If you are not successful in making a purchase on this occasion then regrettably, all expenses will need to be met by yourselves, including hotel accommodation, flights and transfer costs. We do hope however to be of help in the near future.
